Q: I have some tech skills but I’m not on Pinterest. Is Pinterest essential for success?

A: You can pick any platform that people are on - but with Pinterest, picture an online mall with people walking in and out of stores. Pinterest is just another online mall and each pin represents a "store" with lots of people looking at the "racks" of what is available. Each pin can be one product from each shop. Or, the pin can take you to a blog where people "house" all of their ebooks, articles, and information. It is a different concept to wrap your head around at first, but once you spend your time clicking on a lot of pins, you'll get the "picture" of how it works. I love it. It builds my business daily and helps me to make daily sales.

I also use Pinterest because most people (including me) hate to get dressed up every day with makeup and make 1-3 videos to post on Facebook, TikTok or Instagram with all kinds of new cell phone apps you have to learn.

With Pinterest, you can just download an image from Canva (or anywhere) and make a quick "pin" which is like a billboard you see on the highway except the highway is online. On this online “highway”, stats say there are 480 million people on Pinterest each month! And many of them are BUYERS of what they see on Pinterest!
